Give Praise Where Its Due!

MARCH 1, 2023 -- Regina Public Schools employees and those who work or volunteer at our schools make the difference in the lives and the futures of all of our students. A smile from a child, a “Thank you” from a parent or a “Great job!” from an employer is proof of how we are contributing to the Regina community.

A true indicator of merit, however, is peer and community recognition. Fifteen years ago, the Regina Board of Education introduced the Shared Values Recognition Program. Since that time, many exceptional staff members who have most exemplified the Shared Values were recognized and honoured.

School Resource Officer Program Review

February 27, 2023. The survey is now closed. The Boards of Education will  share results after they have been compiled and considered by the Boards.

Regina Public Schools and Regina Catholic Schools have engaged Praxis Consulting to conduct a review of the School Resource Officer (SRO) Program. The School Resource Officer Program is delivered through a partnership with the School Divisions and the Regina Police Service. The SRO Program has been running for 43 years. As with any longstanding program, periodic reviews are an important process to undertake.

Regina SCC Conference 2023!

Please join Regina Public Schools & Regina Catholic Schools on Saturday, March 4th for the Regina School Community Council Conference 2023. The two school divisions are are co-hosting a conference for School Community Council (SCC) and Catholic School Community Council (CSCC) members.

The conference will provide opportunity for learning, expanding knowledge, and collaborating for school division SCCs/CSCCs.  We will be collaborating on how to best support Regina's students on their educational journey.

February 1, 2023 -- Regina Public Schools is seeking an innovative, strategic and results-oriented leader for the position of Deputy Director, Student Achievement and School Services. The position provides direct leadership for student achievement, school operations, Indigenous education, curriculum and instruction, intensive and specialized supports, diversity and inclusion, and comprehensive school community health.
