FEBRUARY 3, 2026—The Ministry of Education has officially declared February 8 to 14, 2026, as Staff Appreciation Week in Saskatchewan. This year's theme is "Building Relationships for a Positive School Culture." This theme emphasizes the importance of teachers, support staff, administrators, parents/caregivers, and families working together with community members and partners to provide the best school culture possible.

FEBRUARY 2, 2026— Since 2004, Library Services for Saskatchewan Aboriginal Peoples (LSSAP) has coordinated Saskatchewan Indigenous Storytelling Month. Through the month of February, storytelling events are held by libraries and their partners in communities throughout Saskatchewan.
