Student transportation with wheelchair lifts cancelled

March 11, 2022 -- Transportation with specialized equipment for wheelchairs has been cancelled due to windchill of -40C. All other student transportation is operating today. Please bundle up and call school with any absences. Affected school families will be contacted.

If students will be absent, please report absences to school.

Note our procedures below.

If wind chill is colder than -40C, student transportation will be cancelled for those requiring specialized buses with wheelchair lifts. If wind chill is colder than -45C, all student transportation will be cancelled.

February 18, 2022 – Grades 11 and 12 students at Regina Public high schools have a unique learning opportunity that allows them to keep learning at their neighbourhood high school while also attending and benefiting from specialized programming at Campus Regina Public (CRP). CRP is a career-centred educational institution available to all Grades 11 and 12 students registered with Regina Public Schools.

CRP offers specialty two-credit courses that are occupation-specific and taught by experienced teachers and industry professionals using state-of-the-art equipment.

Indigenous Storytelling Month 2022

FEBRUARY 3, 2022 --February has been declared Indigenous Storytelling Month in Saskatchewan. The Regina Public Library is proud to hold space this month for First Nations and Métis storytellers to share their culture, history, teachings and language.
