JUNE 24, 2021 -- This morning, many of us woke up to the tragic news of another discovery of unknown buried remains. The Cowessess First Nation announced the discovery of hundreds of unmarked burial sites on the site of the former Marieval Indian Residential School. According to a news conference with Chief Cadmus Delorme, it is unknown how many of these unmarked graves contain children or adults. The initial count may be as high as 751 unmarked graves according to the initial search. We have lowered all flags at all of our facilities, and many schools and staff members will be wearing orange to show their respect and grief about this horrific discovery.
JUNE 23, 2021 -- Vacation is important and necessary. The benefits of taking some time away from work may include:

JUNE 21, 2021 -- The Regina Board of Trustees and Regina Public Schools are very pleased to announce and congratulate the recipients of the 2021 Shared Values Recognition Program (SVRP) award.
These 10 recipients were nominated by their colleagues and their school community because of how they exemplify the Shared Values: I am responsible; I want to know; I belong and I respect.
Recipients were chosen by a selection committee comprised of the Board of Trustees.
Congratulations to the 2020-21 Shared Values Recognition Program award recipients, and thank you to all those who took the time to send in nominations. Your participation makes the SVRP possible.
