MAY 3, 2024—Every year since 1951, the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) has hosted Mental Health Week in the first full week of May. This year, CMHA Mental Health Week will be held from May 6th to 12th.

APRIL 18, 2024—Earth Day, celebrated annually on April 22^nd, seeks to highlight and promote efforts dedicated to the protection of the environment and natural resources. It is a day observed by over one billion people around the world in over 193 countries, including Canada!

This year’s theme is “Planet vs. Plastics,” a call for widespread awareness on the health risk of plastics, for rapidly phasing out all single-use plastics and for demanding an end to fast fashion.
