Logan is part of a unique yet growing community of settler-identified, newly federally acknowledged Mi’kmaq from Newfoundland, who are looking at ways to revive their Mi’kmaq culture. Logan has toured extensively, exploring Indigenous identity in Canada. Logan has degenerative hearing loss and wanted to explore how hearing loss impacts individuals’ ability to learn about their culture as well as Deaf culture.

JUNE 9, 2021 -- Value yourself. Stress (work/life) can, at times, make us forget that we are worthy individuals.
Remind yourself of past achievements; take a moment to reflect and appreciate yourself.
This is one way of owning your mental health and sustaining happiness.

JUNE 2, 2021 -- One task at a time!

By focusing on one task at a time, you will find that you can actually complete a task quicker, better and with less energy!
