Additional Information:
- Parents/guardians must accompany their child/ren to their in school COVID vaccination. Please bring child’s health card with you. If you do not have access to your child’s health card – please discuss with the onsite Vaccine lead.
- Parents/guardians will be required to pass COVID/Health Screening by the Vaccination team.
- For Family based clinics: there will be a finite amount of vaccine available – this will be offered on a first come first served basis and will be monitored to ensure that demand matches capacity. In the event that the demand exceeds capacity, the line may be closed prior to the end of the clinic time.
